On Thursday, 30th May three children from Mrs. Casey’s 6th class represented their class at the Primary Schools Meath Enterprise Awards. The class set up their own business making personalised door signs. They called their business ‘De-sign’. The children worked very hard over a number of months developing their business and producing their product. They had many very satisfied customers in our school and among family members and the children made a very healthy profit! It was with great delight that Mrs. Casey’s 6th class students received third prize at the awards ceremony. This was a great achievement for our hardworking and innovative entrepreneurs and a proud day for our school! We thank Meath Enterprise for their work with us and we congratulate Mrs. Casey and the 6th class children on their great success.
