The children in St. Joseph’s Mercy Primary School were delighted to have a visit from Aoibheann Leahy, past pupil, after the great win of the Meath Senior Ladies in the All-Ireland Senior Ladies’ Football Championship. We were delighted to welcome Aoibheann to the school with the Brendan Martin Cup. The children also welcomed members of the All-Ireland Minor Football team to the school. We were delighted to celebrate the success of both teams and we thank them for taking the time to visit us. They are an inspiration to our many aspiring football players!
