Congratulations to all of the children from second classes who made their First Holy Communion on Saturday, 18th May. It was a beautiful celebration and we thank Ms. Casey, Ms. Flanagan and Ms. Smyth for their working in preparing the children to receive this sacrament. We also thank our chaplain, Fr. Noel Weir, who celebrated the Mass, and the children from 3rd to 6th classes who gave so generously of their time to sing at the Mass. The Parents’ Association organised a gathering of families in the Community Centre after the Mass and it was wonderful to meet so many family members who had travelled from near and far. We thank everyone who was involved in the celebration of this very special day.
