We celebrated St. Brigid’s Day in our school on Tuesday, 1st February. There were many activities throughout the school celebrating the feast day of this much-loved saint. The children learned about the story of St. Brigid’s Cloak and the story of the St. Brigid’s Cross. Some children made crosses from paper and some children made crosses from rushes. Well done to everyone!
